Kevin Bush, CFA, CMT

Managing Partner, Portfolio Manager and Investment Committe Member

Kevin is an award-winning portfolio manager with over 22 years of investment management and corporate finance experience.  He has developed and managed numerous high-value added investment strategies throughout his career including traditional separately managed account strategies and collective funds, both 40-Act NASDAQ listed and private partnerships.  Kevin has been a featured speaker presenting global investment strategy to investment professionals across the United States, as well as, to numerous banks and family offices throughout the Middle East and China.  He is also a Managing Director at Madison Ventures+, a boutique private equity firm founded in NYC in 1996.

Kevin has a BA in Economics and Political Science from Amherst College. Additionally, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder (CFA) and a Chartered Market Technician (CMT).

Patricia Werhahn

Partner and Investment Committee Member

Patricia has extensive experience in real estate asset management and acquisitions, private and public investments, and corporate governance. 

Patricia was born and raised in Switzerland and is a graduate of the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). She earned her MBA with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on real estate at the Zell-Lurie Real Estate Center.

 

Patricia is an active member of ICSC and ICSC Next Generation. She serves on the Capital Campaign Committee for Sunflower Creative Arts and is an advisor to Space of Mind and the Community Classroom Kitchen.

Orlando Mendoza

Senior Advisor

Orlando has been involved in both public and private financial markets throughout his career. Past experience includes Harvard Management Company, Harvard University’s endowment, and Edison Partners, an expansion-stage venture firm, where he was involved in more than 30 investments.  He is also a partner with Arsenal Growth, a tech focused growth venture fund. At Gulfcrest, Orlando leads the Jacobi Quant Equity Strategy.

 

Orlando holds an MBA in asset management from the Yale School of Management, and a MS in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and The Wharton School. He has a BA in economics from Rollins College.
